How to use
Begin with the 72 g Heavy trainer and progress to the 92 g Extra Heavy trainer once the lighter weight feels comfortable and manageable.
Insert vaginally using a small amount of water-based lubricant if needed. Start with shorter training sessions and increase gradually according to your comfort and strength.
Clean before and after use with warm water and mild soap or a suitable toy cleaner.
