Our Courier Partner
We’ve partnered with The Courier Guy, a trusted national courier, to ensure reliable, professional and discreet delivery of your order. If you prefer an alternative delivery method, PostNet or PUDO delivery can be arranged on special request, subject to availability and location. Please select this option in your checkout notes or contact us prior to placing your order so we can assist.

Missed Deliveries
If our courier cannot reach you at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made at no extra charge. Thereafter, the parcel will be returned and re-delivery can be arranged at your cost.
Emergency Deliveries
Need your order urgently? Contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Emergency deliveries may incur additional charges.

You can track your order through your account and will receive notifications as updates become available.

Delivery Fees
Orders over R750 qualify for free delivery.
A flat delivery fee of R149 applies to orders under R750.
